If not received after 2 weeks of request the booth will not be held but become available for sale again.
A 100% refund of all charges will be granted to any exhibitor who cancels participation in the show prior to March 1st. No refunds will be returned to those who cancel after March 1st. Anyone that cannot attend the show please notify us so we can make provision to not have an empty space the day of show.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
It is agreed that the participating exhibitor will indemnify and hold harmless the Washington Lions Club, its officers, directors, and members and any other organization assisting the Washington Lions Club, Inc. and the owners, operators and staff of the building, from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and causes of action of any kind and nature arising or growing out of or in any way connected with the aforementioned show and from all theft, damage, or mysterious disappearance of any merchandise and/or display materials exhibited. Any damage done by the exhibitors will be billed to the Exhibitor involved. The Washington Lions Club, Inc. reserves the right to substitute spaces due to needs of the owners and managers of the King Burley Warehouse.
