$25 nonrefundable deposit along with application is to be sent in and booth will be held for 2 weeks in which time the deposit and application should have reached us.
If not received after 2 weeks of request the booth will not be held but become available for sale again.
A 100% refund of all charges will be granted to any exhibitor who cancels participation in the show prior to March 1st. No refunds will be returned to those who cancel after March 1st. Anyone that cannot attend the show please notify us so we can make provision to not have an empty space the day of show.
